Given the time of year, I thought today would be a good day to talk about something New Years related. More specifically, New Years Resolutions.
How well a resolution does varies from person to person. Some stick to them and complete them, others forget, or some even don’t succeed, give in, or simply make excuses. Me for example? I lose motivation and then I usually forget what my resolution was.
I also don’t normally start my resolutions until a few days into February. It’s just something I do.
But, this year I plan on doing something different.
I got the inspiration to do this from Marzia’s videos. Each month she would do a recap on the three goals she given herself to do. The best part was they didn’t have to be three big goals. It could be anything she wanted them to be.
And that’s what I want to try. Three goals per month.
At the end of 2019, I’ll have completed thirty-six goals, instead of one or two resolutions from the start of the year.
I hope doing this will give me more motivation to get tasks done that I’ve been wanting to do, as well as give myself some physical proof/reminders of smaller accomplishments I’ve done throughout the year.
