How I Schedule My Tweets 22/31

Staying up to date with your social media profiles can be a challenge. Especially when you have a few to manage, a blog too, and for some, a job too.

Apps which allow you to schedule things, such as tweets for twitter, are incredibly helpful. So let’s talk about what I use.

I discovered this app talking to a businessman. He ran his own online store and told me using this was incredibly helpful for the business. They could set some time aside to schedule tweets for the following week so they could continue to advertise their products.

And the app is: Hootsuite.

With Hootsuite, you can connect to other social media too, but I only use it for twitter. It works best for me that way.

You can schedule tweets, add images, hashtags, tag people. Whatever you need to include in the tweet so long as it’s within the 280 word count.

I like to schedule my tweets on a Friday for the following Saturday-Friday.
Promote a few blog posts, tag relevant bloggers/companies, use some hashtags where needed.

I don’t have to worry about whether or not I’m promoting on twitter because I’m already organised!

If you want to worry less about needing to promote on twitter, I would highly recommend Hootsuite.

How do you stay organised when it comes to social media?

Until next time,
