What Is Blogtober? 1/31

Hello everybody!

Today, I am so very excited to say, is the first day of probably one of the best months of the entire year.

October. AKA Halloween Month!

I am a big fan of Halloween. I’m very witchy – in interests and beliefs – and I just love it. Usually, I get excited a few months beforehand, completely lose track of what day it is and next thing I know I’m desperately trying to find a pumpkin to carve on Halloween.

But damn, I still love it.

So as you’ll have seen from the title, “Blogtober” and “1/31”
This is what I have in store for you, for the entire month of October!

What is Blogtober?
Blogtober is where a blogger has a new blog post up everyday of the month.

One post, every day, all 31 days.

Why on earth are you doing this?!
Two reasons.
1: To challenge myself.
2: It sounds fun.

I usually post three days a week. Every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 12PM. It works for me and I enjoy the routine. But being able to take a step out of my comfort zone and try something like this, which not only makes me have to plan ahead what posts I want, but actually get them written and ready for each day? That’s the challenge I’m hoping to succeed at.

I’ll be able to write some different topics too. While I don’t want to give away what I’ve got planned for this month, I may have some topics such as food and drink to come. Maybe…

So if you’re someone who was happy seeing my stuff only three times a week, welp, I’m sorry but you’ll be seeing me seven days a week for this month!

But don’t worry, after all, it’s finally the season of the witch!

Whether you celebrate Halloween, Samhain, both, or neither, I hope you enjoy the content I have for you for this month!

Until next time,
Surviving Millennial.
