Fitness At Home | Doing On A Budget

Fitness is an interest to a lot of people, and torture to a lot of other people. Nevertheless, it’s something I am hoping to do more often and I’m sure some of you reading this are too.

If you’re also like me, you feel limited on what you can do due to funding, or even due to not having the confidence to exercise in a gym or just around other people.

So today I’d like to offer some suggestions on what you could do. Whether it be with a small budget or no budget!

Make the most of Pinterest

You can find a ton of workout posts on Pinterest, as well as make and organise a fitness board to go back to.
Here you can find easy workout photos, 28-30 day challenges, yoga photos, any sort of exercise you’re interested in, also with a chance that it’s linked to someone’s blog post or video so you can watch or read it to gain more information.

My workout board contains full body workouts, monthly challenges, yoga poses, arm and core related workouts. Various things I’m interested in either working on or simply trying.

Console fitness games

Still have a Wii? Got Wii Fit? Or another console and exercise/active games on there? Use them! Reap the benefits of what you already have!

I used to love doing activities on the Wii Fit Plus. I need to get back into using it, but it’s just finding the time to set up and use it.

Get some equipment to use at home

You can find quite a variety of exercise equipment for a surprisingly good price in various stores. Whether it be yoga equipment or light weights, there can be something you could make good use of at home during exercises!

If you don’t have the budget for it, don’t worry. This isn’t mandatory, do not feel like you have to go out and spend money when you don’t have the budget for it.

Youtube

Youtube is full of fitness videos.
You can easily do a search for what you’d like to try and maybe even find a channel or two with content you like watching.

You can easily follow along if you have space near your computer, or a laptop or tablet you can safely rest somewhere while you follow the video.

I hope this has given you some ideas for ways to exercise at home! Do you exercise? Or would you like to get into it?

Until next time,
